Policies
Check-In / Check-Out
Check-in is after 3pm or by appointment within a time range. Check-out is 11am unless other arrangements have been made.
Payment
A credit card is required at time of reservation. A deposit of $100 is required at time of reservation. A non-refundable deposit can be applied under certain circumstances (booking entire house, special event, etc.)
Cancellation
Cancellations prior to 3 days (72 hours) before arrival will not be charged a fee and deposit will be returned. A cancellation less than 72 hours will be charged a one night fee plus tax per room reserved. A no show without notice will be charged for the entire reservation.
Internet
Complimentary high-speed (10-25mbps) wireless internet is available throughout Wallace Manor.
Breakfast
Breakfast is served between 8:00am and 9:30am at an agreed upon time. Earlier exceptions can be made if required.
Smoking
The interior of Wallace Manor is smoke and vape free. We welcome people who smoke, as long as they are comfortable with this policy. Smoking is permitted on the patio and all outdoor spaces. Violators will incur a $100.00 cleaning fee.
Alcohol
Our guests are welcome to bring their own alcoholic beverages.
Parking
Complimentary off-street parking is available. One vehickle per room.
Pets
Sorry but we are not equipped to accommodate pets.
Children
Wallace Manor is not equipped (child proof) to accommodate guests under the age of 18.
